Hello hello people:) October is gone! It was 1st October just the other day man?! However, I’m excited because Shee (sister from another mother) is sharing another tutorial with us. You know how I like doing things myself?  Well,  that applies to jewelry, as evidenced by these feather earrings and this leather tassel necklace, to name a few. That changed when I met Shee, the Jeweler. The rumor out there is that one cannot wear crafted jewelry to work but with the steps she’s going to share with you below,  you’ll be one step closer to creating beautiful pieces that you could wear to work!:) What you need; 1.Flat beads.  These can…

Recycled Plastic Bottle Bracelets|DIYbyMoe

I love recycling and reusing. I loved recycled stuff, If I can get more than one way of reusing anything, you best believe I’m doing it. What you’ll need: Plastic bottles Masking tape Knife or pair of scissors Iron box Nail polish OR Acrylic paint How to: The procedure for this is quite easy actually. Basic Crafting Tools

Basic Crafting Tools Hey Guys, Lately I’ve been receiving questions on some of the #DIY-ing/ Crafting tools I use and that’s what today’s post is all about. The problem is that most people here in Nairobi don’t have the slightest idea on where to get these tools! However though, all of these crafting tools can easily be found in Nairobi’s CBD at very affordable prices. The best part is, you don’t have to keep buying these as they are really durable. I bought most of these about 5 years ago when I started crafting and I still have them to date. It’s an investment worth making. Below is a list of crafting tools that I own and would recommend for anyone Hot Glue Gun This is the staple of all crafters. It uses glue sticks, which are a form of thermoplastic adhesive commonly supplied in solid cylindrical sticks of various diameters…

Burlap Accessories Holder

And it makes me so happy just looking at it every morning. Doesn’t it look pretty? To make this, You’ll need Frame, size will depend on the number of earrings you have. I used an old frame that was in our store for so long. You could even ask a carpenter to make a thin fame for you for cheap.
